Scope of Services. Through this Site, Redeemia Healthcare markets and arranges Personal Care, Home Health Care, In-Home Care, In-Home Physical Exam, In-Home Acute Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Redeemia Healthcare and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Redeemia Healthcare from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Modifications. Redeemia Healthcare may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
